The Code of Ethics and Business Conduct of the Company aims to promote a culture of integrity and ethical behavior among all Directors, Officers, and Employees of MWSC. All aforementioned stakeholders of MWSC must adhere to; · Honest conduct, uncompromised integrity, and loyalty, · Accurate disclosures of information and avoidance of conflict of interest · Fair dealings with all stakeholders, including joint venture partners and suppliers · Compliance with MWSC policies and applicable laws. The Code serves to deter wrongdoing and ensure that all personnel are aware of their responsibilities to uphold the highest ethical standards in our business dealings and highlights the importance of safeguarding proprietary information and complying with accounting and recordkeeping standards. Employees are encouraged to report any suspected violations without fear of retaliation, reinforcing a culture of transparency and accountability. Overall, adherence to this Code is vital for maintaining the MWSC's reputation and ethical standing.
The Whistleblower Policy outlines MWSC’s commitment to ethical business practices and encourages reporting of misconduct. Its primary objective is to foster an environment where employees, contractors, and other stakeholders feel empowered to report concerns about potential violations of laws or company policies, ensuring corporate accountability and compliance. The policy applies to all employees, officers, directors, and relevant stakeholders. A "whistleblower complaint" is any report alleging a breach of ethical standards, internal controls, or applicable laws. Complaints can be submitted confidentially, and the identity of whistleblowers will be protected. MWSC prohibits any retaliation against those who report concerns or assist in investigations. Investigations into complaints will be led by the Company’s Chief Internal Auditor. The investigative panel will address any conflicts of interest that arise before the investigation is initiated and the investigations will be conducted promptly, with the investigator responsible for making recommendations based on their findings. The investigator will report bi-annually to the Board’s Audit & Remuneration Committee on the nature and outcomes of complaints.
Via the internally established Policy on Prevention of Sexual Harassment, MWSC is committed to providing a safe work environment free from discrimination and harassment, particularly sexual harassment. MWSC’s is committed to a zero-tolerance stance towards any form of sexual harassment, emphasizing that all complaints will be treated seriously and confidentially, with protections in place to prevent victimization of those who come forward. Sexual harassment is any unwelcome conduct of a sexual nature that can manifest in various forms—physical, verbal, or non-verbal. MWSC provides trained counselors to assist victims throughout the complaints process, which will be initiated within 30 days of the incident. Complaints can be handled informally or formally, with specific procedures for each pathway to ensure timely resolution—typically within 60 days. The Anti-Sexual Harassment Committee will be responsible for investigating complaints, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring compliance with the legal framework. MWSC is committed to train employees and raise awareness among all stakeholders to ensure a harassment free workplace.

Through this policy MWSC is further committed to foster best practices for fair recruitment, promotion, and training practices. Additionally, MWSC also ensures that all employees are treated equitably and that any discriminatory actions are addressed through established complaint mechanisms. MWSC further emphasizes the responsibility of all employees, especially Managers and HR, to uphold these principles to create an equitable and fair workplace culture.

Being established as a medium risk level operation, with regards to ISO 22000:2018, HACCP, and possible risks including food related physical, chemical and biological hazards, our management is highly committed to build food safety conditions across the organization.
