Plan, schedule, monitor and supervise assigned projects and works in order to meet the project deadlines, targets and objectives.

Carry out the field work at site as assigned by project officers and Engineers.

Assign duties to workers and subordinates, monitor their performance, and provide guidance and coaching to them. 

Operate assigned Equipment’s and tools and maintain the operating standards as instructed.

Carry out quality inspection of workmanship and standard at site works with strong reliable proactive leadership.

Liaising and work jointly with Project Officers, Engineers and Site Engineers. 

Responsibly monitor to ensure work practices of Contractors and site workers conforms to design provision and standards of MWSC and scopes of works as per Agreement.

Monitor, supervise and accomplish all tasks reliably and effectively.

Monitor Health, Safety and Environment compliances by site workers and regulate discrepancies in consultation with Site Engineer.

Completion of GCE O’Level/A’Level or Certificate 3 in a related field.

Or Completion of Grade 10 with 1 year experience in a related field.

Or Basic Education with 02 years experience in a related field

Minimum Salary & Allowance range: MVR 9700 – MVR 11500
