Main Responsibilites

  • Attending calls abandoned, SMS, social media queries, live chat Updating system & logging.

  • Updating system, logging and notifying of Customer queries.

  • Attending all 105 queries and providing information to the Customer.

  • Providing information to Customers, attending queries and payment collection

Required Qualification & Experience

  • GCE A'Level/O'Level/Certificate 3 Qualification or Completion of Grade 10 with 1-year experience in a related field. or Basic Education with 2 years of experience in a related field.

Minimum Salary & Allowance Range

  • Minimum Salary & Allowance Range: MVR 8,500 - MVR 10,500
