Main Responsibilites

• Assist in the development and implementation of risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures.

• Conduct risk assessments (operational, financial, regulatory, strategic) and maintain a companywide risk register.

• Carry out compliance monitoring activities across assigned divisions and subsidiaries.

• Support in preparing reports to highlight emerging risks and compliance gaps.

• Participate in incident reporting and investigations.

• Draft initial risk and compliance assessment reports for management review.

• Provide support to divisions/departments in improving their risk and compliance practices.

• Ensure compliance activities are aligned with ISO 31000, local laws, and corporate standards.

• Guide Assistant Officers and help review their work when assigned.

Required Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree / Graduate Certificate

  • Or Diploma/ Advanced Diploma/ Associate Degree with 02 Years in a related field.

Minimum Salary & Allowance Range

  • MVR 12,500- MVR 15,500
