  1. Electrical Control System

Records the key RO operation parameters, time of start/stop, alarms, CIP and flushing date and time.

  1. Pressure Vessels and Membranes

The Pressure vessels are made of GRP material. The high performance RO membranes are installed in it.

  1. Booster Pump

Made of stainless steel, it enables to balance the difference in pressure between the energy recovery stream and the RO high pressure pump stream.

  1. High Pressure Pump

Is installed to pressurize the RO feed water to overcome osmotic pressure and push the product water through the RO membrane

  1. RO Skid

Stainless Steel 316 material used for skid RO Skid

  1. Frequency Inverter Device

Controls the pump speed and saves Energy.

  1. Cartridge Filter

Prevent particles from entering the RO membranes.

  1. Energy Recovery Device

Used to recover the energy from the reject stream of the RO system. It saves up to 60% of the energy consumption for the RO system.
