  • Customers must have no outstanding dues (no pending bills or overdue amounts) throughout the campaign period.

  • Only payments made via the MWSC App will be considered for the lucky draw.

  • Multiple payments made via the MWSC App for one meter/account during the campaign period (1st March - 31st March 2025) will be counted as one entry.

  • Payments made via the MWSC App for multiple meters/accounts by the same user will be counted as separate entries.

  • The prize is transferable but cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • MWSC reserves the right to validate entries and disqualify any fraudulent participation.

  • The prize must be utilized within the validity period specified by MWSC.

  • MWSC will coordinate with an approved travel agency to facilitate the trip arrangements.

  • The winner is responsible for ensuring they meet all travel and visa requirements.
