Main Responsibilites

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Bureau Executive.

  • Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings, ensuring timely communication and coordination.

  • Manage and maintain official documents, records, and files.

  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute documentation.

  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the Bureau Executive.

  • Assist in drafting and proofreading official communications, reports, and correspondence.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for the Bureau Executive and other officials as required.

  • Conduct research and compile information to support decision-making.

  • Assist in preparing and submitting regulatory compliance documents.

  • Monitor deadlines and ensure filings and submissions are completed on time.

Required Qualification & Experience

  • Diploma/ Advanced Diploma/ Associate Degree 

  • Advanced Certificate/ Certificate 04  and with 02 Years experience in a related field

  • GCE O' level / A' Level /Certificate 3 in Technical/relevant Field / Specialized license/qualification with 06 years experience in a related field

Minimum Salary & Allowance Range

Minimum Basic Salary and Allowance Range
  • MVR 13,500 - MVR 15,000
