Main Responsibilites

  • Manage overall CS operation and process for Dhuvaafaru including Water, Sewerage, Power, Solid waste management, Ice and Sales and Distribution of Bottled Water.

  • Ensure prompt reporting on service interruptions to relevant stakeholders.

  • Set goals for performance in compliance with division objectives and establish mechanism for monthly monitoring.

  • Ensure CS staff compliance to policies, procedures standards set by division.

  • Ensure prompt responses to stakeholders within and outside the organization.

  • Monitor and ensure customer service functions are carried out effectively.

  • Manage and maintain teamwork within CS team.

  • Ensure all works carried out are in compliance to ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 standards.

Required Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree / Graduate Certificate with 01 years experience in a related field

  • Or Diploma/ Advanced Diploma/ Associate Degree with 02 years experience in a related field

  • Or Advanced Certificate/ Certificate 04 with 04 years experience in a related field.

Minimum Salary & Allowance Range

Minimum Basic Salary and Allowance Range
  • MVR 13,920 -MVR 17,000
