MWSC has completed the sewerage network in the island of B. Dharavandhoo.
A special function honored by His Excellency President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu was held to inaugurate the new sewerage services in B. Dharavandhoo. The event was attended by MWSC’s Managing Director, Abdul Matheen Mohamed, state ministers, and the residents of B. Dharavandhoo.
Under the contract with the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Infrastructure, MWSC designed and constructed a state-of-the-art sewerage collection network in the island.
The total investment in this project amounted to MVR 40.29 million.
Delivering a secure system to manage wastewater is a significant milestone that will contribute to improving the quality of life for the residents of B. Dharavandhoo.
