The upgraded platform was officially launched at a ceremony held at MWSC headquarters, attended by Chairperson Shamhooza Ahmed, Managing Director Abdul Matheen Mohamed, and Deputy Minister for Climate Change, Environment, and Energy Ashraf Numan, Hassan Khalil, and members of the MWSC management team.

Customers can access the portal at any time via the link: https://eportal.mwsc.com.mv/login.. Users can now access centralized account management to view account details, bills, and payment history all in one place.

The most important upgrade is that the e-Portal now allows users to login using their e-faas accounts. The E-Faas integration ensures customers can apply for MWSC services, further simplifying the process of accessing essential services.
