• Login via e-Faas: Seamless and secure sign-in through the national digital ID platform, ensuring enhanced security and user convenience.
• Automated Meter Linking: Upon successful e-Faas authentication, the application intelligently auto-suggests linking of all utility meters registered under the user's name, significantly simplifying account management.
• Comprehensive Service Application and Payment Platform: Users can now effortlessly apply for a full spectrum of water and sewerage services, monitor the real-time status of their submitted applications, and execute secure payments directly within the application.
• Smart Meter Telemetry & Predictive Billing:
o access to daily meter readings and detailed water consumption patterns
o proactive forecasts of the upcoming bill amounts, empowering informed usage decisions.
• Bill Request Feature: Allows customers to submit a current meter reading with a picture for verification at any point during the billing cycle to request immediate bill generation.
• Multi-Pay Option: Multi-Pay option facilitates the payment of a single bill, multiple bills, or even bills for multiple customer accounts in one go.
• Account History: Comprehensive access to one year of your account statements through the app.
