As this year marks the 30th anniversary of MWSC and in celebration of Ramadan, we are launching a campaign called “Ekuveri Roadha 30.” This promotion allows domestic customers who pay their bills through the MWSC app to enter a draw, with three lucky winners receiving a special promotion for an Umrah trip.
The purpose of this promotion is to encourage customers to use the MWSC app and provide them with a chance to win a trip to Umrah during the month of Ramadan. By promoting the use of the app, we aim to familiarize more customers with its features, enabling them to pay their bills conveniently without needing to visit the counters. This initiative supports MWSC’s goal of increasing efficiency, saving customer’s time, and advancing the digitization and modernization of our services.
The promotion is valid from 1st March 2025 to 31st March 2025. To participate in this promotion, customers must meet the following eligibility criteria:
Domestic customers of MWSC
Customers who pay their bills through the MWSC app during the promotion period
Customers must have no pending bills by the end of the promotion
The three winners of this promotion must use the prize within one year from the date of the announcement. If they are unable to use the opportunity within the given one-year period, they may transfer the prize to another person.
The winners of the draw will be officially announced on MWSC’s website, social media platforms, and other communication channels. Additionally, customers will be contacted with further details regarding the lucky draw.
