The MWSC Staff Award Night 2025 was held at Male’ City Hall Ground, an annual event celebrating the dedication and achievements of the company’s employees.

This year, the ceremony honored 70 employees for their invaluable service to the company over 10 and 20 years. Additionally, special awards were presented to the most outstanding employees of the year, recognizing their exceptional contributions.

The highlight of the evening was the presentation of the company’s most prestigious honor, the Chairman’s Award for Excellence, which was awarded to Technical Manager, Mr. Hassan Shafeeq. This award recognizes an individual who has made remarkable, valuable, and sincere contributions to the growth and development of MWSC while working tirelessly to enhance the company's reputation.

The awards were presented by MWSC Chairperson Ms. Shamhooza Ahmed, Managing Director Mr. Abdul Matheen, members of the Board of Directors, and the Senior Management Team.

Speaking at the ceremony, Managing Director Mr. Abdul Matheen emphasized that the primary objective of the event is to acknowledge the talents of MWSC’s employees and inspire them to continue their hard work and dedication.
