MWSC has launched a special promotion titled “Hadiyya Badhiya”, offering customers the opportunity to win monthly cash prizes and an Umrah trip by paying their water bills through the MWSC Mobile App or e-Portal.
Under this promotion, three lucky customers will be selected each month through a random draw, with each winner receiving MVR 3,000. In addition, a grand prize winner will be awarded an Umrah trip.
The purpose of this promotion is to encourage customers to use MWSC’s digital platforms and provide them with a convenient way to settle their bills without visiting service counters. Through this initiative, MWSC aims to increase the number of customers using the MWSC App and e-Portal while continuing to improve the efficiency and digitalization of its services.
The promotion will run from 1 March 2026 to 31 May 2026. To participate in this promotion, customers must meet the following eligibility criteria:
1. Domestic customers of MWSC
2. Customers who pay their bills through the MWSC App or e-Portal during the promotion period
3. Customers who have no outstanding water bills or overdue balances.
The customer selected for the Umrah trip must utilize the prize within the timeframe specified by MWSC from the date of announcement. If the winner is unable to undertake the trip within the given period, the prize may be transferred to another person.
The winners of the draw will be officially announced on MWSC’s website, social media platforms, and other official communication channels, and the winners will also be contacted directly. The date of the lucky draw will be announced at a later stage.
